This course will focus on post-traumatic stress disorder, a condition characterized by intense fear, helplessness or horror as result of extreme trauma exposure. The presenter will discuss situations that can cause a claimant to experience PTSD and review treatments and strategies to manage the disorder and close these types of claims.
